This research showed that emotional intelligence managed to upgrade productivity, motivation and organizational competence. Salovery and Mayer (1990), defines EQ as a subset of social intelligence that refers to the individual ability to study emotions and feelings of self or others, to differentiate these emotions and use it as guidance to create thoughts and response. In studying life excellence, many specialists believe that 80% depends on EQ strength and only 20 % depends on IQ intelligence.

Education is a very complex process and is influenced by many factors . The main motivator in classroom education is teachers who should use emotions to mould behaviour and attitude to achieve goals. Relationship with student is the main asset to teaching and should be manipulated so that it would not hinder the educational process. This study is carried out to discover the  present why teachers teaching visual arts the usually complain and aren’t really doing their job.This study is also carried out to find the reasons why visual arts teachers also are not serious not motivated to carry out their responsibility as educators.

The method of study is  survey method by using questionares with the aim to measure emotional intelligence and teacher’s satisfaction on the job. It is also believed that this study could contribute towards upgrading the quality of  teacher’s service and profession.
