The goal of this study is to investigates the changes and differences in pedagogical practices, perceptions, and needs of generalist music and art primary school teachers after a specialist professional development. The research looks at the differences between generalists and generalists turned specialists music and art teachers who are undertaking an advance diploma course at NIE in order to identify the various factors which influence classroom practices.
